Indeed, according to some popular theory, people who drink regularly develop another scheme of metabolic rate which means that the extra energy is converted into the heat but not the fat, as we used to witness.

But the thing is that this can be applied only to the red wine and forget about the other beverages. Remember that women who drink red wine possess less fat than those who give their preferences to the beer or to the other drinks. However, there is another interesting fact that is not supported by other scientists and nutritionists. Interestingly, recently scientists claimed the thought that the timing of meals is not necessary for an individual. The thing is that the total amount of calories consumed during the whole day does play a big role. So, an investigation published in the journal “Obesity”, once again supported the view that they are wrong. Admittedly, all doctors support the view connected with early supper, which means that when we eat late at night we are likely to gain twice more weight than we eat earlier.
